This role involves providing administrative support to a real estate business, handling tasks such as CRM management, agent data maintenance, social media scheduling, and research.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the company's CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and agent data.
- Supporting agent data management by updating databases and generating reports.
- Assisting with social media management by scheduling posts, updating basic content, and responding to inquiries.
- Researching and sourcing property listings based on client needs and criteria.
- Handling general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
- Collaborating closely with the business owner to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM-related tools.
- Experience using Canva and VTiger is essential.
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is required.
- A background in real estate or property-related industries is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with social media scheduling tools is beneficial.
