Job Overview:

  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives
  • Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
  • Maintain high productivity levels through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
  • Develop outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
  • Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
  • Track activity and progress through CRM software
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
