Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various communication channels to generate leads and secure appointments.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and a smooth sales process.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven work experience in business development or a similar sales-focused role.
  • Strong foundation in sales and marketing, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Expertise in lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is an asset.
  • Experience working with North American clients is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
