We are seeking an experienced Sales Agency Director to lead our agency channel and drive business growth through effective distribution strategy execution.
The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of zone goals by establishing a salaried salesforce model, executing approved business plans, and developing programs to improve productivity and competence.
Key Responsibilities
Establish systems, processes, and procedures for managing agencies within the zone.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the salaried salesforce to improve overall performance.
Implement developmental and motivational activities to maintain engagement among agency teams.
Ensure annual sales, manpower, active agent count, and conservation targets are met.
Cordinate with other departments to address requests, issues, and concerns raised by the salaried salesforce.
Requirements
A graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in business development and agency management.
Proven track record in leading key positions relevant to the job requirement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high degree of professionalism and business etiquette.
Presentation, planning, and organizing skills, with ability to work well with people at all levels.
