Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Expert to lead our full-stack initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in software development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Analyze technical requirements and design effective solutions, balancing trade-offs for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, reliable, and secure products.
  • Apply test-driven development practices to ensure robust and maintainable code.
  • Integrate APIs, cloud services, and third-party systems for seamless user experiences.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Backend: Proficient in Python and PHP, with at least 3 years of experience in each.
  • Cloud: Experienced in AWS Serverless technologies, including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Cognito, and EventBridge, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Databases: Strong understanding of NoSQL, RDBMS, and SQL programming, with exposure to vector databases.
  • Analytics tools: Familiarity with AWS Quicksight, Glue, Crawler, and Athena.
  • APIs & Frameworks: Proficient in Amplify, AppSync, GraphQL, and DynamoDB framework, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with dev tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Graph, REST/SOAP services.
  • Prior involvement in 3+ commercial product builds.
  • Contributions to the development community through open-source projects, technical writing, etc.
