About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our program goals and objectives. As a Data Services Representative, you will be responsible for achieving success in a high-performance setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our client's Customer Success team to understand their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Create saved queries within our provided databases to reflect the information outlined on the ICPs
  • Review data provided in saved queries and confirm Titles, Companies align with the Customer ICP
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Able to think critically and technically to understand products and services
  • Must have a reliable laptop/desktop that meets minimum specifications: Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 6 Mbps
