Job Description

We are seeking a skilled data entry professional to perform various tasks related to data management and logistics support. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems, as well as strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry or logistics support
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, or WMS)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
