Digital Marketing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager with strong digital marketing skills to support our business operations and elevate our clients' online presence. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, social media management, and digital marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client content calendars and circulate them for approval.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client approvals and adhere to deadlines for achieving client objectives.
Data Entry and Management
  • Maintain databases for clients and reformat them in accordance with platform-specific guidelines for seamless importing into the clients' database.
  • Ensure data is entered in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
Social Media Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or digital marketing specialist.
  • Exceptional comprehension of written English and ability to interpret detailed instructions, documents, and communication accurately.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
