Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-focused appointment setter to connect with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be engaging decision-makers, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental and orthodontic practices, hearing health and audiology, physical therapy and rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in GHL and Pipedrive.
  • Maintain accurate calls using Kixie and messaging records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
  • Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
