What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter (Lead Generation) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience with B2B outbound calling. In this role, you will be responsible for making 150 to 200 calls and emails per day to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments. Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams is essential for success in this position.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Generate leads through multiple channels and methods to build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them for appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve results.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Experience with B2B outbound calling to drive lead generation.
  • Ability to make 150 to 200 calls and emails per day while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams to manage tasks and communications effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently working towards targets and results.
