As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary, and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 3 years of technical support experience supporting customers via email and chat
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications
- Experience with SaaS products
