  • Level 1 and 2 Support: Provide level 1 (phone & remote) and level 2 (on-site) support to end-users.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Education: At least a graduate of any four-year computer course.
  • Flexibility: Amenable to the working schedule and location of the client company.
  • Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of operating systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting.
