Marketing Director Role

Lead our marketing engine end-to-end and drive growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

About This Job
  • Oversight of all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Management of SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors.
  • Paid campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, Google; expansion into TikTok/YouTube.
  • Segmented email campaign management and direct mail through HubSpot.
  • Development of workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators: visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend.
  • Ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages.
We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation).
  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers.
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with key performance indicators and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • 30% year-over-year growth in qualified leads.
  • Return on Ad Spend 3.0 across paid campaigns.
  • Cost per Lead consistently under $50.
