Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy to drive thought leadership and maximize demand generation in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic content calendars targeting B2B buyers across various stages of the buyer journey.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content assets including whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars that showcase expertise in marketing, journalism, or communications.
  • Optimize content for search engines and maximize lead generation potential through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and nurturing content initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize content efforts.
  • Manage and guide writers and designers to deliver exceptional content assets that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality thought leadership and sales content.
  • Expertise in SEO and keyword strategy to drive online engagement.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience managing content teams and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
