We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior SBA Portfolio Assistant to join our client's Servicing team. This role plays a critical part in managing SBA 7(a), SBA SLA, SBA Express, and SBA 504 loan portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Process servicing actions following SBA Servicing and Liquidation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate borrower correspondence logs and loan records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with lending, credit risk, and portfolio management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
