This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining accurate data entry practices while incorporating best practices to improve efficiencies
  • Updating worksheet data tables (MS Excel) and providing graphs to management on an ongoing basis, which may include portfolio performance metrics such as sales, revenue, and loss calculations
  • Strong proficiency in billing and vendor management, including managing PO against budget and managing invoices for payment
  • Supporting updates to account information and status in various operating systems in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in data visualization and reporting analysis required
  • A high school diploma with a minimum of three years prior experience in commercial lending or a similar industry
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interacting with teammates and all levels of management
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated capability in problem-solving
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complex queries, and work within tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Favorable qualifications include:

  • Experience in equipment finance or commercial working capital or banking industry
  • Certified in SAP
  • Proficient with Fiserv, Oracle, and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
