Job Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workforce Management Associate at Skyro located in Mandaluyong, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Workforce Management Associate, you will be responsible for capacity planning, workforce planning, sales training, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize workforce efficiency. Effective communication and collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.

Job Description:

  • Deploy and manage manpower effectively for POS
  • Implement workforce management strategies to optimize performance
  • Facilitate training and development programs for POS Agents
  • Ensure seamless operation of POS Agent
  • Provide troubleshooting support for Agent portal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall POS efficiency.
  • Will be working under the POS Backoffice Team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Should have at least 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Preferably 6 months or a year experienced with Workforce Management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate call manpower forecasts and coordinate important updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of problem solving.
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office.
