Project Implementation Consultant

The role of a Project Implementation Consultant involves independently managing multiple projects and workload in accordance with ADP's Service Excellence standard and NAS best practices. Success is measured through client satisfaction, efficiency, productivity, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage concurrent projects and workload in line with service excellence standards and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality project notes and documentation.
  • Coordinate with support teams to align on responsibilities and performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human capital management or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient PC navigation skills.
  • Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Technical expertise in HR, payroll, time systems.
  • Industry certifications such as PHR, CPP, FPC are a plus.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions is helpful.
