Client Onboarding Specialist - EMEA Implementation Team

As a key member of the EMEA Implementation Team, you will serve as the main contact for clients during onboarding, coordinating with business partners to deliver products and services on time. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure audit and risk mitigation, using proven methods to enhance client experience and expedite revenue.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance client onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure all client account opening requests meet JPM credit risk and document control criteria.
  • Provide accurate project tracking through regular management reports.
  • Monitor cycle times for product setups and implement process improvements to shorten processes.
  • Drive decision-making and exercise authority impacting implementation deadlines and milestones.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in cash management and treasury services.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Knowledge of documentation review (standard and non-standard).
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple applications with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in desktop and internet applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
