The Vice President of People for the Asia Pacific region will lead people functions to align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead people operations to enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity.
  • Review and optimize HR processes using innovation, technology, and data for increased operational efficiency.
  • Shape the organization's vision and strategy for delivering on business objectives through our people.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape policies and programs that improve employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Build trust and credibility by developing strong knowledge of the business model.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and business partner to leaders across the region.
  • Provide continuous improvement to the value delivered to customers by anticipating and shaping the future direction.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 10 years of diverse and progressively senior experience in strategic human resources management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic human resources management.
  • Strong working knowledge of benefits administration, compensation, labor relations, training and development, performance management, total rewards, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience building global cultures and awareness.
  • Strong planning and analysis skills in people strategy and people analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; innovative and creative personality.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills.
