Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our project teams. As a key member of our organization, the Project Director will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work plans, and secure necessary approvals
  • Prepare and report on project status, including schedule, quality, and scope
  • Identify and document risks and issues associated with the project and facilitate resolution
  • Conduct Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
