We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Skillful Trades Specialist. This role involves finding and recruiting top talent in the residential services and construction sectors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in technology, and be able to work independently and remotely. They will also possess strong relationship-building and client communication skills, as well as experience in account management within a high-volume recruitment environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience. You will also need to be familiar with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent in the residential services and construction sectors
  • Managing ATS workflows and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
  • Strong relationship-building and client communication skills
  • Experience in account management within a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing recruiting role
  • A strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills
  • Proficient in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
  • An excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in various time zones
  • Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions
