Friendly Customer Service Representative

As a customer support specialist, you will play a key role in building trust with every interaction. You will be responsible for responding to customers via various channels (chat, email, phone) in a professional and friendly manner.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy, loves helping others, and wants to grow their career in a fully remote environment. They should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers via various channels (chat, email, phone) in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
