Position Overview

What does an Operations Manager really do? The role focuses on delivering the best possible customer experience for clients by leading and developing a high-performing team.

As An Operations Manager, You Will

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of related experience in customer experience operations and as a management specialist
  • A proven track record of meeting and delivering targets
  • Excellent communication with teammates and clients
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills
