The Role of a Transformation LeadThis is an Individual Contributor/Senior Manager-level role that will be responsible for leading end-to-end Transformation activities.
In this capacity, the candidate must exhibit strong technical, domain and business expertise in the BPO space and its cross-functional impact.
This role will primarily be responsible for enabling different functional areas to deploy technology-driven solutions that address current problems and develop scalable initiatives to manage future trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global Transformation initiatives related to Global Service Delivery & Operations.
- Execute TaskUs' Transformation Model and partner with Executive Stakeholders globally to achieve geo-agnostic strategies and goals.
- Develop Technology-driven Solutions based on domain and industry knowledge, sound judgment, objective data mining and strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate and partner with the Global Transformation Team to proactively identify tech solutions that drive efficiencies, enhance quality, and drive operational optimization.
- Integrate with our Executive Leadership Team on a daily basis to deliberate, discuss, agree and influence decisions that are in line with our corporate goals.
Requirements:
- An Innovator with at least 5 years of BPO experience as an Operations, WFM, Training, Data Science and/or QA Leader that handles multinational clients.
- Knowledgeable in BPO methodologies and capable of driving domain-specific discussions related to process improvement and optimization.
- Expertise in strategizing, building and deploying a digital strategy leveraging RPA, LLM and Generative AI solutions based on Operational needs.
- Strong Project Management skills and above-average aptitude in cross-functional implementation at a global scale.
- Above average oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with confidence across all levels of the organization.
- High aptitude on Stakeholder, Risk & Change Management and exude a high degree of authority, confidence and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
