Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Assurance Specialist to lead daily vendor qualification operations and oversee vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor qualification processes, coordinating with external auditors, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

This role requires a subject matter expert who can contribute to the development of audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and updating procedural documentation and supporting strategic planning of vendor assurance initiatives.

Beyond vendor qualification, this role involves contributing to broader QA activities, including delivering compliance advice, conducting internal and external audits, and supporting sponsor audits and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO focused on clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Vendor Management Quality Assurance activities and understanding of vendor oversight strategies in regulated environments.
  • Strong background in QA and GxP auditing, especially GCP is essential and experience across other GxP areas (GLP, GPvP, GMP, GDP) is advantageous.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to travel across the region if required.
