Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team. As a Junior QA Consultant, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career QA looking to grow technical and business skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows, as well as experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Test and validate integrations between Aprimo and external web applications
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis
