About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our team's performance and drive business results.

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards achieving performance targets and ensuring quality deliverables. You will work closely with team members to resolve problems and improve processes, fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in meeting performance targets
  • Collaborate with team members on problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Daily working process review and discussion
  • People management and supervision
  • Quality reporting and control
  • Coordinate department activities to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Evaluate and analyze department processes to recommend changes
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures

Additionally, you will assist staff in resolving complex problems, establish employee goals and conduct performance reviews, provide inputs towards staff scheduling, coach team members, and have regular meetings to discuss productivity and feedback.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree level (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in logistics or back-office settings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good documentation and people management skills
  • Self-learning and development capabilities
