Job Title

The Director, Delivery Centre will lead and manage the Centre's operations in alignment with the company's global strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading local people initiatives such as employee retention, mentoring, and career development.

Other key areas of focus include driving Centre culture and ensuring alignment with broader company values and delivery standards, establishing the Centre as the employer of choice for delivery and compliance professionals, chairing the Centre's Leadership Team and leading governance and decision-making structures, overseeing corporate functions to ensure a stable and scalable support system for client delivery, representing the company locally, fostering alignment with the member firm leadership, facilitating operationalization of new global processes and driving adoption within the Centre, leading CSR, Inclusion & Diversity, and Employee Engagement programs locally.

Responsibilities also include integrating Centre operations into the broader company framework, ensuring seamless service delivery of global and regional functions, collaborating with company and global/regional function leaders to develop and grow the Centre's service offerings based on market needs, driving strategic expansion including jurisdictional growth, team scale-up, delivery excellence, and client-centric innovation, ensuring operations are integrated using global tools, technologies, policies, and methodologies, coordinating cross-capabilities delivery models where applicable, developing a high-performance culture that delivers consistent, high-quality client experience, leading monthly KPI planning and analysis (quality, financials, resource management), ensuring annual financial targets are met and adjusted according to sales volume and business dynamics, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management standards, facilitating operational reporting and strategic decision-making based on performance insights.

Strategic focus areas include client management, overseeing client transitions, solutioning, and project onboarding to the Centre, sales alignment, representing the company in global and regional sales initiatives, risk management, assessing and escalating risks appropriately across delivery and support services, process excellence, implementing First Pass Yield, Lean, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive delivery innovation, business continuity, maintaining compliance with BCP and certifications through rigorous internal audits, efficiency and cost management, optimizing delivery team utilization, cost-to-serve, and implementing year-over-year efficiency plans, innovation, driving digital transformation and automation aligned with company global initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in shared services, compliance, tax, process or technology delivery in a global environment.
  • Strong leadership track record, including managing large-scale teams across functions and geographies.
  • Proven success in team hiring, engagement, succession planning, and culture-building.
  • Experience managing risk, quality, and client satisfaction in a matrixed delivery organization.
  • Strong command of process excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • MBA, FP&A, or equivalent post-graduate education is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global stakeholders.
