Job Title:

Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

This position is a key member of our HR team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a shared service center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on a range of HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee transactions, including personal data changes, job changes, promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit/termination and leave of absence.
  • Create/referral to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 1-year experience in HR Helpdesk role, preferably from a shared service center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR ATS
  • Experience working with Workday and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk etc)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict and attention to detail
  • Passionate about employee experience, energetic and efficient in resolving employee queries
