We are seeking a seasoned human resources professional to lead our team in providing comprehensive HR support for clients.

This is a full-time, remote role offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the HR functions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives with business needs, supporting employee and leadership development, and succession planning
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing ones to stay dynamic and agile
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse HR team with at least 7 years of experience
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adept at adapting to changing dynamics in a fast-paced environment

  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
