
Human Resource Coordinator Position

This position involves coordinating a wide range of people operations activities to support the HR function.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong customer service orientation, and a passion for human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to everyone within the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and questions.
HR Administration Tasks:
- Support employees throughout their entire lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate various HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and correspondence in Lattice.
- Manage employee data in Rippling to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Systems Automation Reporting:
- Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Oversee the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
- Lattice administration includes surveys, RAD review cycles, impact conversations via updates.
Employee Relations Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Triage Zendesk tickets with a 24-hour response time.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
