We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for connecting people with patients and families who rely on them.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in healthcare. They will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing interviews. Additionally, they will use various platforms for outreach, collaborate with hiring managers, maintain and update candidate records, support document collection and background checks, and track recruitment funnel metrics.

  • Recruitment experience in healthcare is essential.
  • Confidence on the phone and excellent follow-up skills are crucial.
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles are required.
  • Creative sourcing using social media and AI tools is expected.
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug and LinkedIn Recruiter is necessary.
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing and licensing basics is important.
  • High organization and detail-orientedness in compliance tasks are must-haves.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are a requirement.
