Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Territory Professional. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Recruitment Partners (RPs), providing end-to-end service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of RPs, providing dedicated real-time support through various channels (email, WhatsApp, phone, live chat, etc.)
  • Help grow accounts' business with ApplyBoard by establishing trusted relationships
  • Own the enrollment target for your portfolio of accounts
  • Develop strategies for account stability and growth in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with accounts and foster regular engagement via weekly/bi-weekly calls, reports, and updates
  • Conduct governance meetings with RPs to review performance and address concerns
  • Provide proactive outbound service by monitoring applications and engaging in follow-up campaigns
  • Prioritize incoming support requests from your accounts to meet SLA
  • Maintain customer portfolios with events, challenges, and preferences
  • Stay updated with new product releases, features, and company policies

Requirements

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years experience with ApplyBoard, preferably within the CX team
  • Strong understanding of ApplyBoard platform and application processes/policies
  • Experience training and/or developing training/process documentation resources
  • Knowledge of Jira, Zendesk, Google Suite is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in proofreading/editing text for spelling and grammar
