We are seeking a highly motivated Student Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.

About the Job

The Student Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will oversee client communication, conduct research, manage data, and provide administrative support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Student Manager, you will work closely with our Consultant Team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under Consultant guidance to support client needs, maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity in all research deliverables.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data handled.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily office activities, oversee workflows, monitor administrative processes, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software and navigating web-based business tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.
