Overview

Join Nexford University as an Education Sales Specialist. This is a highly targeted, consultative B2C sales role where you'll manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote setting, working directly with prospective learners to align Nexford's offerings with their career goals. The role requires balancing productivity and quality, exceeding enrollment targets while upholding Nexford's standards through QA call marking during downtime. Every enrollment you secure contributes to Nexford's growth and global reach.

Position Details
  • Position Title: Education Sales Specialist
  • Salary: Up to 45,000 PHP per month
  • Working Rhythm: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 8 PM (rota schedule). We operate globally, so expect to be connected outside of these hours occasionally
  • Reporting To: Sales Team Lead
  • Start Date: As Soon as Possible
What You'll Be Owning
  • Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats, providing tailored, value-driven conversations.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, guide learners through the application process, and conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
  • Follow up with leads, adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
  • Track inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
  • Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales (bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; ability to adapt approach to each learner and guide them to the right program.
