About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who thrives on using data-driven and tech-enabled approaches to primary education.

We are seeking educators with a specialization in upper elementary levels (Year 3-6) to join our team starting at the beginning of August.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional teaching skills that deliver outstanding educational experiences for every student.
  • Contribute to content development and creation, working collaboratively with other educators.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment through effective collaboration with adults and children.
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the growth of the education team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with product and company development teams to drive innovation.
  • Analyse and apply feedback from students and the content team to enhance teaching strategies.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with children aged 4 - 12 (especially 8-12 years old).
  • A Master's degree in Education or an education-related field.
  • A willingness to embrace new tools and digital offerings in Ed-tech.
  • Cultural awareness to ensure inclusive and diverse classrooms.
  • The ability to grow and learn with ongoing training and support.
  • A commitment to equal-teaching values, ethics, and morals.
  • First language English; additional languages a plus.
