Job Description

As a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support across sales, marketing, and executive administration. You will work directly with senior leadership to drive business success in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the quality control and governance of internal and external sales proposals, contracts, and presentations

  • Maintain customer reporting via CRM tools and track sales team performance for solar equipment and logistics

  • Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales strategies

  • Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and logistics partners

  • Support the development of sales enablement content such as product datasheets, case studies, and competitive analysis

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, reports, and correspondence

  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation and minute-taking

  • Compile financial and sales data for executive reporting

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication across departments

  • Organize travel and logistics for senior leadership

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles, preferably in the solar industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms are essential.

Experience using Microsoft Copilot AI is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills are also required.
