We are looking for a skilled Globe Telecom Network Technician to join our team. As a Globe Telecom Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our telecom network infrastructure.

Responsibilities include investigating and resolving voice, SMS, and data benchmarking problems logs within agreed service levels. You will also audit and implement BSC/BTS Parameter, perform drive tests, declare sites on-air, evaluate signal coverage, and implement modifications to enhance signal coverage.

This role requires strong technical skills, including telecom infrastructure knowledge, RF network optimization, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 2G, 4G, and 5G networks and will be proficient in using various tools and software to analyze network performance.
