Job Title

The role of a Product Development Specialist is available on a 6-month contract, requiring full onsite work in Quezon City. Our respected client, a leading multinational food manufacturing and distribution company, seeks an organized, detail-oriented individual to support sales and marketing functions through documentation management, process coordination, and administrative support.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting documents for product registration with the regulatory body
  • Coordinate with Graphic Artists for product artwork revisions to ensure compliance
  • Maintain updated and accurate technical documentation for approval in collaboration with partners
  • Follow through with distributors on alignment meetings and document updates
  • Support processes related to New Product Developments, Bill of Materials updates, and source plant transfers
  • Coordinate with local and regional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Assist in handling document requests using the TDRF system
  • Consolidate data gathered from marketing activities
  • Monitor and coordinate POSMs and premium items
  • Process claims through RBDF and track documentation status
  • Perform data mining, reporting, and internal tracking
  • Manage incoming/outgoing documents
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in supporting sales and marketing teams, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as SAP, PCRS, RBDF, or TDRF is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
