Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies.
