Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Policy Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing finance policies and procedures that drive our organization's mission forward.

As a Finance Policy Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive finance policies and procedures that align with our organization's overall strategy. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Finance Policies: Create, update, and communicate finance policies and procedures to ensure their effective implementation and adherence throughout the organization.
  • Policy Review and Approval: Conduct regular reviews of finance policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate stakeholders on new or updated finance policies and procedures.
  • Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and teams on finance policy matters, connecting them with relevant resources and information as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or Communications.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to thrive in a multi-cultural setting.
