Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detailed oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in finance and accounting. The Finance Manager will handle financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring and ensure compliance with internal control and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure business continuity
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transaction in accordance with company policies
  • Coordinate with external accountant and auditor during annual audits
  • Improve financial processes and help implement best practices
  • Support management with data-driven financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance or audit
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles is essential. Preferably a CPA
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with Odoo accounting software or QuickBooks, Xero and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
  • Can work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
