Procurement Planning Specialist

The Procurement Planning Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive procurement plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Managing inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking of goods.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
