Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Support Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Manage customer expectations by following up on promises and time commitments
  • Accurately log all customer communications in the support ticket tracking tool
  • Understand customer business processes and software system processes
  • Complete regular tasks for customers such as report creation
  • Ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested, replicated, and documented
  • Work closely with the development support team to resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Update internal and customer-facing knowledge base with new support articles, videos, and training material

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical, software, and internet experience
  • Availability for rotational on-call after-hours support
  • Minimum 3 years of customer/technical service experience
