Job Opportunity: Asset Management Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the control, tracking, and movement of government and company-owned assets nationwide.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate asset records in the Master Government Property List
  • Supervising receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment
  • Managing property transfers, including documentation and coordination
  • Overseeing logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements
  • Preparing reports for lost, damaged, or stolen property

Candidates should have experience working with cross-functional teams, conducting physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.

Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective asset handling, tracking, and control is highly desirable.

Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to monitor property-related contract requirements and ensure full compliance.

A strong understanding of tracking systems and ERP platforms is required to ensure accurate property and inventory records.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tracking systems and ERP platforms
