Asset Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Professional to perform key tasks including communication with tenants, scheduling maintenance and repairs, lease management, financial management, marketing, compliance with U.S. laws, data entry, invoicing, payroll processing, and vendor relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules efficiently
- Ensure lease compliance and process rent collections in a timely manner
- Manage property transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing accurately
- Create effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Comply with U.S. real estate laws and regulations strictly
- Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships professionally
- Utilize property management software and virtual tools effectively
- Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules
- Experience in rent collection, invoicing, and managing property transactions
- Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations
- Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll
