Job Overview

The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is a key role that involves supporting asset management and financial analysis. This position requires assertiveness, amiability, adept problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.
  • Evaluate portfolio composition on an ongoing basis, long-term strategic vision for investment vehicles, and prospective new investment opportunities or strategies.
  • Support all phases of the assets lifecycle from acquisition through the development, leasing, asset management, and possible disposition of an asset.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Substantial background in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Fluent in commercial real estate terminology and structures.
  • Extensive experience reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), drafting leases and amendments.
  • Experience working with brokers, contractors, and property managers.
  • Exceptional underwriting and financial modeling (Excel) skills.
