ESG Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Director to lead our team in driving results while fostering a positive and supportive culture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team of sustainability experts to achieve excellence in capturing and delivering complete, timely, and accurate ESG risk data.
• Be actively involved in the recruitment process from identification to selection of talent.
• Support, coach, and develop new and existing talents in the team.
• Drive projects and initiatives that improve ESG data curation processes.
• Foster goal-oriented teamwork and data quality through engagement and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in Human Resources and Product & Technology for successful project delivery.
• Drive innovation and help shape a healthy and enterprising culture consistent with core values.

You Bring:

• A minimum of five years of people management experience, preferably in a technology company or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills working with a diverse group of people.
• An ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• A strong drive to overcome challenges and implement creative solutions.
• Self-awareness, open-mindedness to development, composure, clarity of thought, and comfortability in navigating ambiguity.
• Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution.
