Job Title

Lead Editorial Content Strategist


About the Role

This position is responsible for managing individual contributors on the editorial team, focusing on caselaw in the United States and Canada.

The successful candidate will collaborate with directors and senior managers to drive results, prioritize tasks, and develop talent.

They will also communicate effectively with global teams, lead by influence, and utilize resources to optimize efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy

Develop content strategies to meet product schedules and customer specifications.

Team Management

Coach individual contributors, facilitate direct communication, and model behaviors that positively impact staff.

Collaboration & Influence

Cultivate relationships with managers outside the department, represent the company as a leader in events, and engage with new teams within the organization.

Commercial Acumen

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, understand customer needs, and balance resources to meet financial targets.


What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree; law degree is a plus.
  • Understanding of legal research products and their applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to adapt to change.
  • Experience in supervisory roles, content management, editing, and publishing.
  • Decisive decision-making, effective communication, and strong leadership skills.
